All intellectual property rights in the Platform are owned by Connect Trade or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform solely for your internal business purposes.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Platform complies with applicable trading, data, and regulatory laws in your jurisdiction. Connect Trade does not provide legal or financial advice.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Connect Trade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Connect Trade, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware.
